Carl Kizer, Jr. is equally proud of his involvement in and service to the Muncie community. Born on June 19, 1949, he attended Muncie Central High School, Class of 1968. He then went on to graduate from Ball State University, marry Valerie Jean Epperson Kizer and raise two children, Kristin and Cindy. Carl and Valerie are also proud grandparents of Kaizen Kenneth Baldwin.
